Made a centerpiece type thingy for my kitchen table. Just simply cut a railroad tie into different lengths.

So, I made a bench out of old hardwood flooring.
I laid the slats out on the ground to get the pattern right, then cut them to fit.
Then glued and screwed each slat to the next.
Since it was tongue and groove, I had to make the bottom flat with a hand planer to attach the legs that I bought.
Then I was unable to move my arms for a day.
For extra support, I put a few metal braces across the wood underneath.
Then I set up a photo shoot in my apartment to make it look all Design-Spongey.

How to copy a Banksy idea.

Step 1 - Buy cheap painting from Goodwill.

Step 2 - Paint the frame.

Step 3 - Use marker to graffiti inside jokes on the walls.

Step 4 - Hang in bathroom.

Step 5 - Tell people not to pee on the seat while looking at it.

Chair renovation. $10 at thrift store. Filling, sanding, painting. Cushions reupholstered by mom.

Grandmother’s old clock + newly painted frame = my new clock.

My dresser. Before and after.

I made a lamp today.

Just took one lamp making kit from Home Depot plus one industrial light fixture from antique store plus WD 40, rust scraper, power drill, elbow grease.
